At Parallel Fragrances LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely place the unused fragrance in its original luxury box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
